For small business owners who want to run their company like a much bigger one: with AI as the partner that does half the work, while you keep the judgment.

An entrepreneur plus AI isn't addition. It's exponentiation. Where exactly does that power make money in YOUR business? That's what I break down into numbers here.

100+

people have trusted us. The first hundred came entirely from referrals, before we ran a single ad.

NPS 92

would recommend it. That number does my marketing for me.

Know the feeling

You know something is happening. You just can't see where it is in your business.

There are two narratives around AI right now, and both get in the way.

ON ONE SIDE

The feeling you're about to lose something

Everyone is talking about it, competitors are supposedly pulling ahead, and you don't even know where to start in your own company.

ON THE OTHER

Unhealthy hype and empty promises

Flashy demos and big words that have nothing to do with your customers, your invoices and your calendar.

And in the middle is your real business.

And the question nobody breaks down for you: where exactly does AI make money in YOUR company? That is precisely what we teach here.

Honestly: the change in thinking takes time and cannot be rushed. The makers of the best AI tools catch themselves, half a year after launch, doing by hand something their own tool has done for ages. You simply have to go through it. We shorten the road by cutting the dead ends, not the thinking.

The market

And here's how the market does it.

This isn't a future you can wait out. It's the standard being set right now.

Poland's richest man: colleagues propose three designers and a week of work. He prompts and shows a finished solution by the end of the same meeting.

The company map

A company isn't a to-do list. It's six stretches of the same road.

This is what every company looks like drawn out on the table. In the program you draw out yours, plug in the metrics and add AI exactly where you lose the most.

00 · DIRECTION

Are you running the right race

Market, niche, customer, business model. Benchmarks instead of fairy tales. It's the first decision, because the rest of the map doesn't matter if the race is wrong.

01 · MARKETING

The world has to know you exist

Customer awareness levels, marketing, content in your own voice. Your train of thought automatically becomes content, perfectly tuned to your audience's language.

02 · OFFER

Tailored to a customer you truly know

A persona picture and branding built from what customers actually write and say. Not from assumptions written down once at an annual workshop.

03 · SALES

From lead to decision

From first contact to the customer's decision. Conversation standard, follow-up, closing: every stage visible in numbers and redesigned the moment it stops working.

04 · OPERATIONS

Delivered, with quality held

Operations, procedures, standards. AI monitors the process and raises a flag before the customer notices.

05 · RETENTION

The customer who comes back

And the referrals that sell for you. The cheapest growth there is, and the most often skipped.

We walk every one of these stretches together, analyze it, and in each one design what you can give your customer better.

Underneath it all: the team and monitoring. Software where a light comes on when something stops being taken care of, and AI that audits the whole. You see your company in numbers, not in hunches.

The new breed

A new kind of owner is quietly emerging.

×

Half the market chases tools. A new app every week, the company looks like it did a year ago.

×

The other half waits for things to settle. They won't.

A third group runs small companies with big-company professionalism: strategy first, AI carrying half the weight, decisions on numbers, not on gut feeling at 11 PM.

I call them AI-leveraged entrepreneurs. That's what ailey stands for.

The difference between them and everyone else isn't talent or budget. It's an installed way of working: strategy before the prompt, company context instead of one-off questions, AI as a decision partner, not a text machine. I call that way of working The Way I Work, and I teach it whole, step by step, on your own business.

The way of working

One AI, six layers of work.

Most courses teach only execution. The change happens when all of them are running.

LAYER 1

Direction

Before you do anything: is this the right race? AI as a partner for strategic decisions, not an oracle. Questions, counterexamples, benchmarks.

LAYER 2

Execution

You work faster and better: research, offers, content, analysis. Work that used to take a day now takes fifteen minutes. On quality, not at its expense.

LAYER 3

A consultant at your side

An independent consultant and coach in real time: watches what you're doing right now, catches mistakes immediately and helps you correct mid-flight. In direction, marketing, offer and sales alike.

LAYER 4

Company processes

Processes designed better and updated when the market shifts. Not a binder of procedures, but a living system the team actually uses.

LAYER 5

AI plugged in

AI wired into the company monitors and reports in real time. The light comes on before the problem grows, and you see the company in numbers, not in hunches.

LAYER 6

You

Your blockers, your time, your decisions. AI as a mirror shows you where you're getting in your own way. And one hard rule: you don't delegate thinking, you verify it.

An honest promise

We won't turn you into superman. We'll move you one level up.

Everyone comes in at a different level and with a different mind. We're not racing each other: we raise the bar and learn together to work better with AI.

Because the game is not about tools. Anyone can teach you tools, and one thing you can be sure of: there will only be more of them, and they will only get better. Most people push them everywhere instead of using them strategically. The game is about thinking: whether you can aim them precisely.

Until now you worked with the strength of one person. With AI as a partner you work as if you had several consultants at your side. That is not plus a few percent. That is a change of level.

People come for the AI. They stay because for the first time they're running their company the way they always wanted.

You

I want to research my market and see where my biggest leverage is for the coming weeks.

Prompt

Design the market study according to … Several independent paths, each through a dozen or more reliable sources from 2025 and 2026, merged at the end into one brutally honest 6-week plan.

AI

I'm splitting this into 7 independent paths: persona and targeting, e-mail, YouTube, streaming, LinkedIn, gated content, print. Launching 7 subagents.

Process

research/ … agent-01.md … agent-07.md … subagents scanning sources in parallel …

AI · result

Over 100 sources reviewed. 7 partial reports with quotes and evidence strength, synthesized into a single 6-week plan.

You · decision

Thanks. I'll review the plan and we'll split the work between people and subagents.

Multi-path research (7 paths, a dozen-plus sources each) synthesized into one concrete action plan.

You

Let's build the site. I want to see the difference between one prompt and a site built on full context.

Prompt

Create a website for someone who does bodywork for insomnia in women aged 35 to 55.

AI · result

A finished, pretty, but generic page. Headline: Your body remembers how to fall asleep.

You

Too shallow. Here are the files: the market gap description, psychography, ICP, branding, the full copy.

Prompt

Create a landing page for our client and service. Attached you have the market gap description, psychography, assumptions, ICP and branding, plus the full page copy.

AI · result

The copy speaks the client's language: You'll wake up at 3 AM already knowing this day will be heavy [...] you're someone worth taking care of.

You · decision

Great. Publish it and let's move on to marketing and traffic.

Two versions of the same page in one exercise: a one-line prompt versus a page built on full context, persona plus branding plus copy.

You

I have 50 ideas. I don't know what to do next or where the biggest leverage is.

Prompt

Now I'd like to talk, with you walking me through this as a strategic partner. Start asking me questions. The goal is to choose what we should do next, what has the biggest leverage.

AI

I see three roads: Scale, meaning 2x more clients; Optimize, meaning +20% clients with minimal changes; Deepen, meaning the same clients but more revenue per client. Which is closest to how you want the company to look in a year?

You

… a longer walkthrough of values, ideas and priorities …

AI · result

Most ideas cluster around three main axes. Ideas 1, 6 and 12 are the most on-target. Let's iterate on what you built them on and why: we'll pick the leverage candidates for the coming weeks.

You

… the strategic discussion continues …

A structured conversation ending with chosen leverage and a documented decision, instead of ready-made advice.

Proof

Don't take my word for it. Look at the numbers.

Who runs this

I teach what I run my own businesses with.

Michał Jankowski

I'm Michał. Ten years in software. Today it's Ailey, 100+ people, NPS 92, and I'm the strategic partner in the family veterinary clinic: profits ×3 in 6 months. I teach judgment by practicing it in public, with AI as a partner.

How to get in

The path is simple. Every step makes sense on its own.

You don't have to buy anything up front. Each stage delivers value by itself, and you decide whether to go further.

GOAL: AN INSTALLED WAY OF WORKING

AI as a Partner · starts August 6

Live, in a group, on your own business. You leave with a working way of working: AI as a decision partner, your company's context built, the first levers found. The learning goes in levels: the rules of communicating with AI, business cases, technical and thinking cases. You get the full plan before the start. Next dates in the newsletter and calendar.

  4. 4
    GOAL: AUTONOMY

    The Ecosystem

Fully autonomous and semi-autonomous agents, run solo and in whole teams. You design your entire company and walk step by step through all its stages, until it runs like a much bigger one. For those who after AI as a Partner want the company's operating system, there is also a parallel road: The Operator System.

This is not a course that ends. We have a few years of AI diffusion in business ahead of us, and we are the long-term connector in it: after the workshops we stay in touch and keep talking, and the method keeps being developed. The reviews you read above are not one-off: these people still work with us.

Before you ask

The questions I'd ask in your place.

Is this another AI course?
No, and you can verify that: nothing here is a pre-recorded package. You work live, in a group, on your own company, and every edition looks different because the market looks different. The first hundred participants came from referrals, before we turned on ads. NPS 92 says the rest.
Why pay when ChatGPT and YouTube are free?
Information is free, and that's exactly the problem: there's infinitely much of it, with no sequence and no connection to your business. You're not paying for information here. You're paying for the system and the sequence: what comes after what, on your own case, with someone who knows your business and will say straight where the leverage is.
I'm not a technical person.
Nobody programs here on day one. You learn to talk with AI about your business and make better decisions with it. Karolina called herself "non-technical and non-computer" before the program: four weeks later she was making graphics, a logo and a landing page herself.
Won't this be obsolete in three months?
The models will, the way of working won't. You learn judgment and a system, not clicking through a specific app. And the programs are re-tuned every edition to the current models: what you practice is always at today's state of the game.
I don't have time for this.
This system exists to give time back: a protocol from 8 hours to 10 minutes, research from half a year to 2 hours. And the first step costs minutes, not hours: a free account, a Sunday letter you read over coffee, and open live sessions you join whenever you want.

This is for you if

  • you run a small business and want to run it like a much bigger one,
  • you prefer decisions on numbers over another gut call at 11 PM,
  • you have time to work on your own case, not to collect recordings.

This is not for you if

  • you're looking for passive income from AI or a "paste and profit" template,
  • you want to collect courses instead of changing how you work,
  • you need a promise of results without your own work.
