I've picked my niche. Now I want a full psychographic profile of the ideal client.
Run the ideal customer persona analysis according to … so we extract it as densely as possible. The Polish and English-speaking markets separately.
I'm designing 8 paths: the client's language, the pain and its rhythm, past attempts, fears and shame, desires, buying triggers, media, identity and values.
Perplexity + Claude … each of the 8 paths in two tools … ~100 sources reviewed …
A cross-validated profile: what repeats across all sources is the foundation. The client's literal voice, for example: I wake up at 3 AM.
Save this to the client-language file. We'll match the branding to it and fix the page and the offer.
A dense, bilingual, cross-validated persona profile (8 dimensions) built on around 100 sources.
I want an app with login, a cloud database and an admin panel. I can't code.
Create a new React app with Vite and TypeScript in the app folder. Then implement login via Firebase, with a Google button.
npm run dev … Firebase project … public key pasted in … live preview on refresh …
I need an admin screen where, as admin, I add a track and an album, visible only to the admin email. Add a sticky player at the bottom, something like Spotify but simpler.
A working app: Google login, admin panel, player, newsletter email export, Firebase access rules.
Great, it works. Now walk me through how to deploy it to a server and share it with users.
A complete, working web app in about an hour and a half, without writing code by hand.
I'm thinking about an online course. What price, and what does the competition look like in Poland and in the English-speaking market?
I'm wondering what the price should be for the English-speaking market and what the competition looks like in Poland and abroad. If I wanted 1,200 clients a year, are there companies doing something like this, and what are their numbers?
deep research … scanning PL and EN competitors …
About 200 pages scanned. PL: a price ladder of 39 zł, then 349 zł, then 899 zł. EN: 734k students, 450 certified teachers, a brand built over about 20 years. The consumer market in PL is practically empty.
What is your perspective?
The PL market is empty and the West confirms the demand: a quick pilot and claiming the Polish market, plus possible expansion while there is still room abroad. Alternatively, niching down where the big players fail to deliver value.
Based on the competitor's ladder I design my own price structure: cheap product, then relationship, then pricier, then the full path.
A concrete price and competition benchmark (two real companies with numbers) in a single sweep.
