The goal is one: autonomy. You stop using AI and start designing a company where AI works: solo, in agent teams, in the background, all the time. You are the captain.

The Ecosystem starts in October
For graduates of all AI as a Partner editions · 10 weeks · Tuesdays
This is where 80% of the whole path's value sits, and that's why it requires the foundation from AI as a Partner. Your role changes: from talking with one partner you move to being the captain. Sometimes one agent walks beside you like a super-expert. Sometimes you delegate like to an agency: a dozen or so agents work in the background while you verify. Sometimes it looks like you commissioned one or several agencies at once, executing tasks in parallel, while you collect the results and decide.
This work is multidimensional: you delegate to one agent, to several at once, or to a whole network of agents working as a team, like an agency. Autonomous agents run on their own, all the time, where the process is shallow and a mistake is cheap. With a clear line: what we never hand over to automation.
You learn the different levels of collaboration and verification. That is why AI as a Partner is key: if you cannot communicate well and work with one agent, you will not manage a whole group of them.
Every edition runs on the current stack of leading tools: Claude and Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, ChatGPT. You learn which tool serves what and how to combine them, because the same business need is sometimes best served by one, sometimes by another. Tools change every quarter; the way you harness them stays.
Two blocks of 4 sessions, each ending with an implementation week. This is how the last edition ran; every edition is tuned to the group and to what just changed in AI:
One caveat, because I owe you honesty: the topic map lives. The program is adjusted every edition to what just changed in AI and in the market: a new model ships and changes what's worth doing, a case shows up in the group that beats the plan, I add an extra recording. The skeleton and the goal are always the same. If they didn't live, this program would be outdated within a quarter, like most AI courses.
Live sessions online, Tuesdays. Camera on and conversation, not a webinar. A live group, everyone works on their own business: there are recordings and assignments between sessions, because that's how people actually learn, but be there live, because when the group works together, the execution rate is incomparably higher. Plus a WhatsApp group I'm in every day. Invoice: of course.
After every session you get the full outline: exact steps, prompts, the recording. Materials: a year of access. And a thing that exists nowhere else: an AI coach built on the session material. On the platform you connect your AI to the outlines with one click and it knows the whole program. After every session it creates personalized homework built exclusively on your case: no generic assignments, you work through your own business. It walks you through the session a second time, you recall what happened live, and then it leads you on your own company. One thing matters: be there live, because real learning and change come from work, not from recordings.
Software that would have required a dev team or been out of reach, built solo.
No dev teamWork that took a programmer five weeks, closed in half a week, solo.
SoftwareClient acquisition that ate half the day, closed in an hour, daily.
SalesA few hours a week invested in these skills translates into an efficiency jump I could only dream of before. Genuine overdelivery.

I'm a programmer, I've used AI daily for a year. Even so, this is where I got a mountain of knowledge. Implementing a few of the principles: an immediate jump in effectiveness.

Prerequisite
The Ecosystem requires AI as a Partner. Not because it's convenient. Without an installed way of working, a team of agents only accelerates chaos. Start with AI as a Partner →
Time
This is not a magic button. Plan for 5 to 10 hours a week of work on your own business. That filters people. On purpose.
The line
Quality is non-negotiable. Autonomy goes to shallow processes where a mistake is cheap. Decisions and thinking are never handed over to automation.
$500 per month · 2 months · 8 sessions in two blocks · $1,000 total · starts: October
The full path (AI as a Partner + The Ecosystem): $1,300. Transparent math: 300 + 1,000 = 1,300. Zero tricks. You pay per stage; every stage has a named result.
Includes a year of access to recordings and materials. No fake discounts, no countdowns, no "last 3 spots." The price is the price, the dates are real.
After the program we stay in touch and keep talking. You'll hear the details when you're in.
Every stronger model is a stronger wind. The ecosystem you build here, your files, your tools, your agents, doesn't age with the models. It grows with them: every new model means your analysts, strategists and executors just got a few points of intelligence, while your competition is exactly the same as yesterday. The only question is whose sail is up.
