AI AS A PARTNER

AI as a Partner. EN

The goal is one: an installed way of working. AI as a decision partner, your company's context built, the first levers found. After this part, most of the market is behind you.

How it's built

The program has two parts and fifteen weeks. Not because I like long programs. Because transformation has its own physics.

AI as a Partner: five weeks (4 weekly sessions + an implementation week). You learn to work with AI for real. Not prompts from a list, but a way of working: AI as a partner you give context to, lead and challenge. On those foundations you walk through your own business: market gap, research, persona, branding, offer, website, marketing. You leave with a working MVP and, more importantly, a new working reflex.

The implementation week. After every four sessions: a week with no new material, with one session at the usual hours. Just conversation and discussion: your results, real deployments, questions and answers. The rest of the week you close the open loops in your own business, with the group and me on WhatsApp. Knowledge without a week to implement it is a pile of notes you'll never open again.

After AI as a Partner comes The Ecosystem (10 weeks). Autonomous agents, your own apps, designing the whole company. It has its own page and is its own decision, for AI as a Partner graduates: see The Ecosystem →

AI as a Partner: no prerequisites.

THREE PILLARS

What all of this stands on.

Who it's for

For owners and operators of small businesses, no technical background required. Owners from food service, medical services, recruitment, construction, therapy, finance and software have gone through this program. The common denominator: you actually run the business and you want to get more out of the company, not out of the technology.

Not for people looking for magic without work. Between sessions you work on your own business; plan for a few hours a week, 5 to 10 if you want the full effect. That filters people. On purpose.

AI as a Partner: what we work on (5 weeks)

A fragment of a real session: market analysis →

In one session, a participant, a naturopath, didn't know which direction to take. In an hour, live, we broke her market down into numbers.

Working note · market analysis
Her

I work in natural medicine. I'm thinking about a sleep app, but I don't know if it makes sense.

Partner →

Numbers first, app second. How many women in your home market have this problem and are actively looking for a natural approach?

Her

No idea. That data doesn't exist directly.

Partner →

Then let's derive it from proportions: ~5M women aged 35–55 · 18–22% with clinical insomnia · 20–25% seeking natural methods.

Partner · after researching dozens of sources

Her home market (Poland): a realistic target of ~200–250K women. The English-speaking market: 3–4 million, fifteen times bigger. The best benchmark in the world built 700K students in 20 years, so the model works. This isn't a question of "app or no app." It's "local or global" and "service or product".

Her · a decision AI won't make

If the global market is 15× bigger and the benchmark proves it works: I'm not building an app blind. I start with a service, collect real results, and only then build the product.

The pattern comes from the data. The leap is hers. No AI makes that leap for you.

Research-grade numbers in an hour. She chose the direction herself. That's what a session is: I don't show you buttons, I break a live example down on data while you build the same assumptions on your own company. Different examples every edition.

The list of topics we cover. The skeleton is always similar, but what exactly and in what order comes from the group: every edition is a little different.

The Ecosystem: its own page

The advanced part is a different level of the game: autonomous and semi-autonomous agents run solo and in whole teams, your own apps and MCP servers, the Google ecosystem, marketing with SEO and paid ads, designing your entire company step by step. For AI as a Partner graduates.

See the Ecosystem program →

WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH

Not notes. Living files of your business.

Everything you build here stays with you: files on your own drive, ready to work with every next model.

After AI as a Partner

  • A customer profile built on real data: psychography, not demographics.
  • A market and competition map with the gap pinned down.
  • Positioning and branding tailored to that customer.
  • An offer and a website built on full context.
  • A go-to-market plan and the first real data from customers.

And then?

AI that knows your business from the inside, your own apps, a team of agents and a rhythm of continuous improvement. That's a different level and its own page: The Ecosystem →

RESULTS

Specifics, not promises.

Most participants can't put it in numbers, they just say they operate differently now. So we did the counting for them.

8 hrs → 10 min

A document that took an employee a full day (≈$100 a piece) now writes itself in minutes.

Medical industry
$8,000–13,000

Software that would have required a dev team or been out of reach, built solo.

No dev team
5 wks → ½ wk

Work that took a programmer five weeks, closed in half a week, solo.

Software
6 mo → 2 hrs

Market and customer research that normally takes half a year and outside agencies, done in one session, on data instead of gut feeling.

HR industry
4 hrs → 1 hr / day

Client acquisition that ate half the day, closed in an hour, daily.

Sales
a week → on the side

A bank application with a 10-year forecast, normally a job for an external accountant, done solo, in parallel with other work. Bank had zero objections.

Concrete manufacturing

We used to do this on intuition: I have great recruiters, they read people well. But intuition is fallible. The research I did with AI matched about 98% of what I know from years of experience. Doing it myself would have taken half a year and outside agencies for serious money.

Business owner, recruitment industry · participant

For comparison: a strategy consultant, branding with a website, and proper market analysis usually run $6,000+. Here: $300. Individual examples, not a guarantee: your result depends on how much you sit down and do.

How it works in practice

Live sessions online, Thursdays 2-4 PM ET / 8-10 PM CET, for both the August pilot and the September edition. Camera on and conversation, not a webinar. A live group, everyone works on their own business: there are recordings and assignments between sessions, because that's how people actually learn. But be there live: when the group works together, the execution rate is incomparably higher. Plus a WhatsApp group I'm in every day. Materials: a year of access. Invoice: of course.

We always work on the current stack of leading tools: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and from the advanced part also Claude Code and Codex. Tools change, the way of working stays.

After every session you get the full outline: exact steps, prompts, the recording. And a thing that exists nowhere else: an AI coach built on the session material. On the platform you connect your AI to the outlines with one click and it knows the whole program. After every session it creates personalized homework built exclusively on your case: no generic assignments, you work through your own business. It walks you through the session a second time, you recall what happened live, and then it leads you on your own company. One thing matters: be there live, because real learning and change come from work, not from recordings.

Upcoming AI as a Partner editions: August (pilot, starts Thu, Aug 6) · September (starts Thu, Sep 10, $300) · next editions announced through the newsletter.

The Ecosystem: starts in October, Tuesdays, for AI as a Partner graduates. The Ecosystem program →

August edition calendar: Thursdays Aug 6, 13, 20, 27, 2-4 PM ET, then the implementation week (Aug 31 to Sep 6). September edition: Thursdays Sep 10, 17, 24 and Oct 1, then the implementation week (Oct 5-11).

What owners say

I didn't expect you could cover this much in a month. It's more than an AI course, it's building your whole company on top of it.

Anna Szuran · owner, femmalium.eu

I'm a programmer, I've used AI daily for a year. Even so, this is where I got a mountain of knowledge. Implementing a few of the principles: an immediate jump in effectiveness.

Marcin Żołędziewski · programmer, business owner

A few hours a week invested in these skills translates into an efficiency jump I could only dream of before. Genuine overdelivery.

Michał Namysł · TaoTech, emgbiofeedback.com

After these sessions I know that context is the key to getting good, accurate answers. I recommend it to anyone who wants to understand the foundations of AI.

Natalia Rycio · program participant

WHAT PARTICIPANTS SAY
1 / 11

The research I did with AI matched about 98% of what I know from years of experience. Doing it myself would have taken half a year and outside agencies for serious money.

business owner · recruitment industry

It saved me so much work that I'm basically giving notice to my ad agency, because I got to better conclusions with AI.

Aneta · accounting office, education

Preparing a protocol used to take an employee a full day, about 8 hours. Today I do it myself in 10 minutes.

program participant · B2B services

Since yesterday I've been working on a new project, and what I got done in one day versus how I worked before: that's several days of work saved!

Natalia Szymkowiak · financial analyst, CFA

Before the program I described myself as non-technical. Now I make graphics in 5 minutes, I built a logo and a landing page. A transformation in 4 weeks.

Karolina Orlikowska · manager & business owner

Something that would have taken me half a year I now have in two hours, and far better fitted to who my client is.

program participant · food & wellness business

I once paid a few thousand for something like this, and it wasn't done even a tenth as well.

Kasia · program participant

After the workshop I can handle in a few minutes work that used to take me hours. An eye-opener on what you can squeeze out of working with AI.

Adam Chodowicz · program participant

It works and it speeds me up. I save at least an hour a day on this.

Kamil · program participant

A few hours a week invested in these skills translates into an efficiency jump I could only dream of before. Genuine overdelivery.

Michał Namysł · TaoTech, emgbiofeedback.com

HONESTLY

So you know. Before you decide.

Price and enrollment

$300 AI as a Partner · 5 weeks (4 sessions + implementation week) · $300 standard from the September edition

AI as a Partner: $300 from the September edition; the August pilot runs below that, exact pilot price confirmed at signup. The Ecosystem is paid separately; details and price on its page: see The Ecosystem →

Enrollment through this site only. You don't have to decide about The Ecosystem now: the natural order is to go through AI as a Partner and see if you want to go deeper. Most people do.

Enroll →

The first week is your window: if it's not for you, 100% refund, no questions. After that, we're both in it seriously: I bring full commitment, you finish what you declared, one part or the full path. Breaking it mid-way closes our current work together, not out of spite, out of respect for time, yours and mine.

Includes a year of access to recordings and materials. No fake discounts, no countdowns, no "last 3 spots." The price is the price, the dates are real.

After the program, there's a community. You'll hear about it when you're in.

Why it works this way.

Over 90 people have gone through this program. They taught me one thing, and I rebuilt everything around it.

Knowledge was never the problem. When we ask participants what actually works, the answer is always the same: real work on your own business. Excitement and listening alone produce no results. That's why between sessions you work on your own company, and live we work on your case, not on textbook examples. Nothing can replace that practice, and it is the key.

A new breed of entrepreneur: not louder. Better.

On the margin →

That's why I ask directly about results. Not whether it was "fun", but what you did that you couldn't touch a year ago.

FAQ

I'm not technical. Is this for me?
Good, the program assumes it. You learn to talk to AI about your business and make better decisions with it, not to program.
How is The Ecosystem different from AI as a Partner?
Pace and scale. In AI as a Partner you learn to work with AI as a partner and walk through the fundamentals of your business. In The Ecosystem you build a machine around it: your own tools, many agents, autonomous processes. Participants describe it as going from 'I talk to AI' to 'I design a company where AI works'. The Ecosystem has its own page →
How much time per week?
The two-hour live session plus homework on your own business. Plan for 5 to 10 hours a week. If you don't have them right now, wait for the next edition.
What if I miss a session?
You get the recording and materials the same day, and I'm in the WhatsApp group daily, so you don't fall out of rhythm. One absence doesn't derail the work.
What tools do I need?
A computer and a subscription to a leading AI model. At the start a standard plan of about $20 a month is enough. In The Ecosystem we work in Claude Code on your own subscription: plans start around $20, the recommended tier is about $100 a month. Run well, it replaces the work of several people. Beyond that you buy no software.
Is this a prompting course?
No. Prompts are the easiest part and they change every quarter. We work on the strategy of your business: where AI earns money and where it's a cost dressed up as modernity.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, you get an invoice after purchase.
What happens after the program?
After AI as a Partner comes The Ecosystem, and after the full path, a community. You'll hear about it when you're in.

WHY NOW

The better AI gets, the bigger YOUR advantage.

Most people wait: "I'll wait until the models are better, until things stabilize." That's exactly backwards. The context you build here, your company's, your customer's, your market's, doesn't age with the models. It grows with them.

Every stronger model is a stronger wind. If your sail is up, you leap forward. If it isn't, you stand still and watch others accelerate. So "I'll wait" isn't caution. It's an advantage you're not collecting, week after week, while the competitor next door just started collecting it.

On the margin →

The longer you collect context, the harder every new model works FOR you, not against you.
